Staying here felt like stepping into a world of art and history. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and each corner tells a story. The staff treated us like family, ensuring we had everything we needed. Our room was perfectly quiet, which made for great nights after exploring vibrant Oaxaca with my family.

My wife says that the hotel could benefit from a pool for relaxation with the kiddos.

The property was very small and intimate, yet

the noise from the street was an issue due to our large windows. Thankfully, soundproof doors made for a restful sleep. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, enhancing our overall experience during our 10-night stay.

Breakfast was a highlight. starting each day with a cup of hot Oaxacan chocolate and the delicious Mole tamale set a perfect tone. The staff was friendly, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

The intimate atmosphere and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. Breakfast in the courtyard was a highlight, complemented by delicious local flavors that left us wanting more.

However, the outdated air conditioning unit in our room became quite loud, disrupting our sleep. We also missed out on spa services until the last day, which was disappointing.

Charming hotel, attentive staff, the breakfast was exceptional and provided in a pleasant courtyard setting. The location made it ideal to get coffee, go shopping, and explore various attractions nearby.

I fell in love with Palacio Borghese. The warm welcome made me feel like I was home right away. The staff is incredibly attentive. They offered us fresh fruit and cold juices after long days exploring. The location is perfect, just steps away from the beautiful Santo Domingo church and amazing restaurants. My room had a lovely decor and was spacious, but the bathroom could use some updates. The breakfast served in the courtyard was simple yet delightful, and the a la carte options were a nice touch. I appreciated that they provided coffee for our early departure. However, I wished for more variety in breakfast options without additional charges for hot dishes. It would have elevated the experience even more. Despite this, it felt like a peaceful oasis amidst the lively city. I highly recommend staying here for a relaxing getaway.

I spent three nights in a dated room with some charm, but it needs updates. The bed was comfortable, and the staff were welcoming. I enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop, a perfect spot for morning views. If you stay, request a quieter room away from noise.

The jacuzzi offered a soothing escape, while breakfast surrounded by fresh fruit felt luxuriously delightful. Minor inconvenience with the cramped restroom, but the charm of the hotel overshadowed it.

Charming Stay with Great Views

We loved our stay at this charming place! Staff were super friendly, and breakfast by the courtyard was such a treat. Our room was cozy with comfy bedding and the rooftop views of the city took our breath away. Only thing was, our room’s privacy was a bit lacking since it was close to others. No biggie though!

The stay highlighted the incredible rooftop terrace, perfect for sunset views, complemented by an array of local fruits available daily. Service stood out, especially from Marco at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful. However, the ground floor suite was less impressive compared to the delightful upgraded room on the next level, and the area, while lively, had instances of noise that could disrupt peace at night.

The rooftop terrace was perfect for sunset views. I loved the hot jacuzzi and the tranquil atmosphere. The room was spacious and cozy, and having fresh fruit in the room daily was a nice touch!
